baybrook condos at 15534 Zabilio Dr. webster texas DO NOT LIVE HERE. the place is falling apart Roofs are bad If you live on the bottom floor and someone is on top of you it is too noisy sounds like a base drum when pepole walk and the concreat was removed and never replaced Thay just put plywood instead. Thair are two slumloards that buy up the units and rients thim out to bad pepole that cant get in a apartment or credit . the kind of pepole range from drug dealers, drug addics, sex afenders, theifs, and deadbeets with no jobs, also breakends and vandalizing of cars and property. The management and assocition is a big JOKE It is like dictater ship nothing gets done around hear Mainteance man dose not do his job goofs off alot somtimes cant find him. The conpleax is real small He sites in the clubhouse most of the day unsupervised

Rebuttal to Mr. Robins
Just to follow up on the first review by Mr. Robins, they meth heads in question have been removed. I have had no problems living here except the ocassional boom boom car from the other apartments late at night . Have been living here since 2004. True, sometimes the matinance man can be lax but he is a hard worker. In fact my boss owns several units and have catered to them fast when needed. So don't listen to that guy.

why rent? don't have the money to buy !!!!
moved from New Orleans .... excellent price, clean facilities including club house, tennis court, pool. utilities are low as hot water is included in monthly fee. parking spaces are owned by the buyer. close to fire, medical facilities and clear lake schools ... baybrook mall and great social/shopping opportunities.. the board is pursuing an aggressive updating plan at present.... balancing repairs and low monthly fees. very quiet. many senior residents. professionals include> teachers, psychologist, nurses, NASA related professionals and technical job employees. several community activities during year. management is available to respond to RENTER complaints.... and don't they love to complain. have owned many condos from New Orleans to Fla. beaches, Jackson, miss and Madrid Spain ......<br/>I would have no problem re-investing in Baybrook Condo development..... one problem> the guy who wrote this review IS NOT an owner. if conditions are so bad why are YOU still living here .... and have lived here for years, bends any ear of anyone who will listen<br/>to the same old same old rant !!!!! and please note the grammar and spelling OF THIS INDIVIDUAL !!! we're not dealing with a PhD here !!!!!<br/>

POOR MANAGEMENT/ RUN DOWN BAD AREA
The place is run down. Crack heads every where. DO NOT BUY here. You will end up having to deal with the one person "management" company that has previously been sued for fraud (public record). Maybe that's why maintenance fees are so high from all of the kick backs she is getting and the place is still run down. God forbid she makes a mistake and you confront her about it or tell her that she is wrong. You will have to deal with a child having a hissy fit. The said "management" company will make false accusations of you and try and take you to court if you leave her a bad review. Good luck!
