The Location of the building is fantastic!
I recently moved into Hampton House. My unit is large with the most fantastic views from the living/dining rooms, den, master bedroom and bath and the entry foyer. The building is secure. I love my unit but much could be done to brighten up the entrance, the hallways, elevator and the dreary basement where the laundry room and storage are located. There are no amenities which I feel is unacceptable. THERE IS SPACE TO PROVIDE SOMETHING FOR THE RESIDENTS. I suggest maybe an inhouse cleaners, small coffee/snack shop or diner, a social/movie/party room would be great, an outdoor grilling area. SO MANY POSSIBILITIES. COME ON, LET'S GET SOMETHING GOING. Movie night, Bingo night, Wine & Cheese night, Jazz Weekends etc.
