Great place to live but.....
The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. The neighbors are lovely. The staff is incredible. Here is the big but though; it has Open Band internet provider service. Do yourself a favor and seriously consider moving into a building that has Open Band. My husband works in internet security for the government and knows a lot about the different internet providers and Open Band is easily one of the worst providers in the area.<br/>Please read about Open Band before you consider purchasing a home in this building.<br/><br/>http://www.loudountimes.com/index.php/news/article/lansdowne_hoa_agrees_to_sue_openband898/<br/><br/>http://www.leesburg2day.com/news/article_5d0d62fc-e2df-11e0-aeb0-001cc4c03286.html<br/><br/>Aside from Open Band's many legal woes, I can tell you that the internet is constantly interrupted and slow. Customer service is lacking basic communication skills and the charges for the service you receive are ludicrous.<br/><br/>The community amenities are exceptional but I can only give 3 stars since they currently provide one of the worst internet services.<br/>
