We want to help you. Buyers and renters do not normally pay us for our services -- the seller or landlord pays us. When you contact the listing agent on the yard sign, you need to book each property separately by yourself and you will be dealing with the agent of the owner, not your agent. By using a buyer's agent, you can have your agent contact and set up appointments to see several properties in an afternoon, and you can rest assured that your Realtor works for you, not the owner. |
