Nice but not very kid friendly
I lived here for 2 years, although quiet there is no playground for the kids. The HOA requires that you supervise your kids who are under 13 at all times. Being a single mom my kids had to wait until I got home from wok to go out and play. If you have smaller children- 6337 Parc Corniche

Nothing but old retired people
Circle Tree seems to have turned into a retirement village. This use to be a great complex that was pretty hip at onetime, now it's turned into the old folks home. I guess if you like living with the elderly this would be a good place to live. My roommate and I moved to a- 1750 North Bayshore Drive

Enjoyed my time at Opera Tower
I’m happy to say that I had a wonderful experience when I was a tenant at Opera Tower. I lived there for almost 2 years and would have stayed much longer if I didn’t have to relocate for a new job. I would agree with the previous post. I was living with a girlfriend here andwas totally unimpressed. It is right next to two bus stops and a trailer parkso the location is horrible.
