Worst Place!!!
Worst place I have EVER lived. This place had cockroaches everywhere! They promote their "gated" community but gates are left open and anyone can get in. Grass areas are poorly maintained, full of dog waste, can't even let your kids play in it. Ants and cockroaches everywhere. Parking is out of control. They have tow- 1710 Villa Capri Circle

great location But...
this place has continued to go down hill. Continued assessments & HOA fees being raised, yet can't use the tennis courts, no longer has volleyball area, no play ground equipment, care wash area has been removed. Awesome complex...
We are from the Northwest and wanted a destination that we could kick back and enjoy the desert surroundings without being in the desert. From our balcony we see coyotes, rabbits, falcons, doves and have heard from our neighbors that there are javelina.
