Recently open copper rock development need new people, they have teh supply but lack in demande which make the price go down. very nice appartment on the boarder of tempe and scottsdale. Nice building poor management
This building is beautiful and well located, however management is doing a very poor job at addressing issues. There is no enforcement of any rules , furthermore management is not very sympathetic of any of the issues presented to them. Noise issues, garbage pick up between 4 and 5 am in the morning three times- 2618 Collins Av

Reasonable price, Great Location!
My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and actually saved over a thousand dollars by not renting an over priced hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, with a HUGE TV. We also had a washer/dryer, fridge and oven so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The pool was fantastic and never- 9273 Collins Av

LOVE THIS PLACE
This community is very nice. It is quiet and clean. I live on the first floor and have a nice green grass, trees and pools to look at. I think my air conditioning costs less because of the unit is a little below ground and the units on top and the sides help insulate my- 235 E Ray Rd

Not a nice place to live
I moved here after selling my house for a smaller place closer to work. I would not receommend to anyone. The condo/apartment was dirty and the noise is so bad I can't sleep at night. I have complained to Dina about it and she has done nothing. I gave her my move in list which- 12021 Villanova
