These apartments look nice on the outside. I was tricked into signing a 14-month lease on this apartment when I was shown a nice model. This place feels uncrowded and has a huge beach area, picnic buildings on the beach, tennis courts, heated pools, a fenced doggy playground, inside gathering rooms for parties, pool tables, fitness rooms, well maintained facility, great location, close walk to restaurants, grocery, and other shopping, etc., etc.- 310 S 4th St

Most of the community here is compromised of individuals with positive outlooks and responsible behavior. There have only been very minor issues, which happens with every day life at any location. Very peaceful setting, yet centrally located!
I lived at this Condo for over 3 years, and have never had an issue with management, privacy, or noise. Security makes a point to get to know the homeowners and renters, and I've never even heard of any criminal activity despite the central location. I live here for about 12 months and it's a GREAT place to live. No problems at all!As soon as we need something fixed they come and do the job, nice people, nice apartment...it's only far way from mall, but near the beaches. Never got any complains from people that live here! if you want
