This is nothing short of disheartening....in 3 yrs the garage doors are constantly broken on the north side of the building....Deanna Martin property manager is not doing a good job of maintaining the integrity of the building structure for there are countless stains in the carpets throughout the building where there is carpet...- 5540 NW 61 St

My wife and I recently saw this community in Coconut Creek , for a small family of 3 or 4 people , these condos are a perfect fit. They have all the amenities and one of the LOWEST Hoa fees.Its Gated , has a security company patrol the whole community thru the night.The neighbors are- 1696 South Main Street

WORST DECISION I EVER MADE!
I have never in my life regretted a decision more than moving into this condo. Where do I begin? The absolute worst part about this place is the parking. Good luck finding a spot in the lot after 6:30 p.m. any day of the week. The units are not completely filled and this is already- 16801 Tampa Palms Blvd.

Mostly renters now..Many foreclousers..UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE!!!! Building in financial trouble. No security..people jam doors open and give them keys to get in. People do not read by-laws of Condominium. Out on balconies after 1100 making noise. People coming into parking lot with music blaring and screaming at all times of night. No respect for people.DO not- 7601 Canada

Amenities: Pool / Lake. Security: NONE. Tennis Courts: NONE. ClubHouse: Never available for use. Always locked. Lack of parking!!! Try finding guest parking!! I have to tandem park 2 vehicles in 1 spot at my unit. The rear of my car sticks out into the road! I took me three weeks to get parking tags
