We are so pleased with our Outrigger Harbour home; it is such a joy living here.Our unit is spacious, airy and marvelously designed, (no convenience overlooked). LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!
We fell in love with Outrigger Harbour at first sight! The stylish buildings, in such a pretty neighborhood, on the water...it definitely catches the eye. Being avid boaters, the marina and its location on the Indian River are added bonuses, too, because from Outrigger Harbour, we can easily take our boat out to the Atlantic- 12021 Villanova

If you are looking for a condo rental or purchase, do yourself a favor and DON'T BUY or RENT AT FLAGLER POINTE. This building is run by complete incompetent jerks. There are better places to live in in the same area. In order to use the amenities you have to join the rec center, they are not included. The service sucks, we rent from the Fountains and we have had to request multiple times that someone check out our problems, Mainly bugs, and we have- 1800 North Bayshore Drive

This is a almost 20 year if not more old building. It has 330 condos. All share the same pipes for water, air-conditioning and heating. If someone had bothered to write a review of this complex I would NEVER have bought a condo here. The pipes are really old and there a constant leaks in- 8649 Himes

Mold, Water Damage, and Fraud
Please do not buy or rent at Riverwalk. This development is a real estate scam. After selling 60% of the units, the developer was forced by the city of Phoenix to admit that the buildings have massive architectural and construction defects.
