I was here for over a year. The things that sold me were the stainless steel appliances, hardwoods, modern updates and price for a one-bedroom with a washer/dryer in the unit. I hate community laundry facilities. Also, it was gated. Big plus for me; felt safer. Parking might be trying if you were throwing a- 414 Water Street

Friendly, close knit building
Having lived here over 2 years now I really love this building. With fabulously insulated units I have never heard the neighbors at either side and above me which truly makes for great neighborly relations.
