Bad Management and very cheap and money hungry.
I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and dont think that it is a suitable home. The roof was always leaking but the worst problem has beeen the managements mission to collect money through having residents cars towed. In the last 3 month I have paid $500 in towing fees. Most pressingly, I want to point out that Symphony House does not live up to the reputation of luxury it has clearly paid for and achieved through aggressive PR. Great place to live!
Hey everybody! Does anyone remember me? I worked as the maintenance supervisor for 5 years there, and lived in Penthouse #1, during the receivership period when the building was being converted from an apartment building into a condo. Anyone remember all those main water leaks I successfully stopped, saving so many apartments from being flooded?
