Sales continue with close to $200,000,000 in condo closings for the first week in April. After just 91 days on market, unit 301W at Beach Point in Palm Beach closed for $3,275,000. Helene Sidel represented the Seller and Liza Pulitzer represented the Buyer. The second and third top sales took place at 3200 South Ocean in Highland Beach for units 603 and 601 which closed for $2,900,000 and $2,500,000. The Penthouse at Ocean Royale in Juno Beach and PHF at Hendricks in Fort Lauderdale both closed after only 4 days on market. Total sales for the week were $192,060,195.80 for a whopping 576 closings! Average Sales Price was $333,437.84 or $237.64 per foot.
