It was a high-flying week for Broward and Palm Beach Penthouse sales. Taking the number one spot was the amazing 3-floor Penthouse in Ocean Palms on Hollywood Beach. Featuring an interior private elevator, Chihuly Chandelier and an indoor waterfall spanning 2 floors in height this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath mansion in the sky sold for $5,211,250 and was represented by Richard Feldman and Seven Pesso. The second highest closing was for Penthouse 01 at 353 Sunset Las Olas that sold for $4,000,000. This top floor residence in a boutique building on Sunset Lake features an open-plan interior with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Matt Bertanzetti and Jonathan Postma represented the Seller and Buyer. Jonathan Barbar and Michael Wells represented the Seller and Buyer in the $3,200,000 sale of unit 1605 at the Addison on the Ocean in Boca Raton. This fully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse features ocean and city views and luxury finishes. It was a big week with 452 sales totaling $153,257,805. Average Sale Price was $339,065.94 with 53 Days on Market.
