Roland Ortiz represented the Seller and Rebecca Feigen brought the Buyer. A little further north was the 3rd largest sale of the week. Unit 9C at the iconic Faena House closed for $7,200,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath combined unit with wrap around terraces and dual Master Suites. Pablo Alfaro and Inga Boutboul represented the Seller and Buyer. Sales continue to sizzle in July with 357 Closings totaling $258,889,492. Average Sale Price was $725,180.65 with 134 Days on Market.
