It was another week of substantial sales in the 33109 Zip Code and for Dora Puig. Unit 7001 at 7000 Fisher Island Drive in Palazzo del Sol took the top spot closing at $18,700,000 or $2,229.90 per foot for this 4 bedroom 4.5 bath stunning Penthouse. Dora Puig represented both Buyer and Seller. The second largest sale was the 10,000 sq. ft Penthouse at Santa Maria on Brickell that closed for $13,000,000 immediately after being listed. The Seller was represented by Ana Lido and Daniel Gaviria brought the Buyer. Dora Puig represented the Seller at the 3rd and 4th largest sales at Fisher Island that closed for $12,550,000 and $8,060,000 for units 6853 and 7066. Both of these were on the market for more than a year and Jonathan Corso represented the Buyer for unit 7066. All in all there were 299 total sales for $233,207,544 with an average price of $779,958.00 and 127 days on market. Summer sales are off to a scorching start!
