Miami was the top city with 51 closings for a total of $21.176 million. Miami Beach reported a sales volume of $19.039 million with 21 sales. Key Biscayne reported 4 transactions for a total of $4.982 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a three-bedroom unit at Il Villagio in Miami Beach. This 2,250 square foot condo at 1455 Pointe Drive sold for $3,300,000, or $1,466.67 per square foot. This property was sold by Billy Hernandez after lingering 494 days on the market.
The outlook for the Miami Dade condo market remains sunny for the summer.
