Miami was the top city with 50 closings for a total of $13.028 million. Miami Beach reported a sales volume of $5.465 million with 11 sales. Aventura reported 15 transactions for a total of $5.131 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Bal Harbour 101 in Bal Harbour. This 3,300 square foot residence at 10155 Collins Ave sold for $1,650,000, or $500.00 per square foot. This property was sold by Jill Eber after 484 days on the market.
The Miami Dade condo market is looking to have a strong fall season.
