    Outstanding Building, Location, and Management

    My wife and I have lived at 1350 Main since it opened in 2007. In our 14th floor unit, we look out over the city and Sarasota Bay and watch the sunset in the evenings. <br/><br/>Over the years, we have enjoyed getting to know so many of our friendly neighbors and their affectionate dogs! The building itself is first rate with convenient layouts, top of the line appliances, elegant amenities, and QUIET living with no noise transfer among the units. We have used the comfortable 6th Floor club room for meetings and parties as well as the pool, spa, and fitness center regularly.<br/><br/>We moved here for the energy of the downtown with the opera and the theater just around the corner. Lots of great restaurants and stores, all within walking distance. A quick walk takes us to the waterfront with Marina Jack's and Island Park plus O'Leary's tiki bar on the beach. During season, the arts & craft shows, and local events are right outside our door. <br/><br/>There are several newer, glitzier high-rise condos here, but none more comfortable or convenient!<br/><br/>
