Disclaimer
Builder is renting out unsold units, lack of maintenance
Good location and nice interiors but many renters moving in and out. Second pool is sitting unfinished and is an eyesore. <br/><br/>There seems to be a lack of scheduled maintenance of the grounds, the building hallways and the dumpster areas, this is really starting to show. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and are in limited supply. Trash is left on the ground and the area is seldom if ever swept or hosed out. <br/><br/>Residents park in guest parking so there really is no guest parking.<br/><br/>The sales/leasing office and the property management company are not in sync with each other. If you call the sales/leasing office with a problem they say to call the management company (Landmark Limited), then the management company ways to call the leasing/sales office.
