    Caution with this one; the parking space is a fraud. It's not yours, alone. You have to host the g

    This condo Association "forgot" to record the easement on several parking spaces that come with the units. Easements must be recorded, but this Association hides the easement on apt. 1-D under the "Rules and Regulation." No wonder potential buyers are advised to hire an attorney. Cases like this are an excellent reason why. Also: if the unit you're interested in has a washing machine, read the Rules very carefully, It appears that language for replacing the washing machine is very ambiguous. Like: you might not be allowed to have a front loader when the original crap machine breaks down. . Buying into a condo is buying into the character and ethics of those who run the Condo Association. I fled this group. And I still haven't received my $5K earnest money. Fortunately, I didn't spend $500 for an attorney; as an attorney, I reviewed the documents myself. But warning: you've got to read everything. This Condo association amended its original recorded documents multiple times, always "forgetting" to include the parking lot easements. Realtor plays dumb; says she didn't know about it. Watch out!
