Disclaimer
Poor management and even worse maintanance.
It seems that the management did at least some of their training at Dachau. Almost every piece of correspondence I have received from them as a owner contains threats to fine me (and everyone else) if we don't immediately comply with their demands. <br/><br/>Of the three elevators one seems to be out of order every week. To compond matters the maintenance staff tie up one the remaining two elevators every morning at six o'clock. That leaves one elevator for 31 floors of people to use to get to the lobby and garage to get their vehicles to go to work.<br/><br/>After midnight there is no access to the elevators so you are forced to walk up a ramp or a flight of stairs. There is no consideration for the disabled in the building.<br/><br/>Last summer there was very limited access to to the pool as management thought that would be a good time to do maintaince and paint the pool. That excercise took almost three months as they kept scrrewing it up.<br/><br/>I certainly would not purchase a unit in this building while the current management are in place.
