    I like this building.

    I like this building. It isn't grand but it is well appointed. The lobby is attractive, the halls are always clean and neat, and I have a thing for rooftop pools. I think they're cool! The gym has enough equipment to keep anyone fit. The apartments are nice sized with decent sized bedrooms and the view from some of the apts of the intercoastal waterway and bay can be borderline spectacular. Although 401 Blu is 2.5 blocks to the beach and 2.5 blocks to Publix, it is on the corner of a street as busy as Collins and there is a bus stop on the corner. Also unfortunately, the properties around 401 Blu are smaller and much older and not as well kept. Walking to your errands is a great convenience, but here it is not the gorgeous Miami Beach walk that some people have in mind. I'm from New York City so walking anywhere that has palm trees and bouganvillia bushes along the way is still always a treat for me. So if a gorgeous neighborhood is not a top requirement for you, but convenience and a well built building in an otherwise very good location are top requirements, then give 401 Blu a look.

    401 Blu - Management Hides Roof top Pool Area High Radiation Warning<br/><br/>Rented at 401 blu and was very unhappy with lack of security on property (very transient neighborhood block), dirty hallway carpets (large dogs and constant workers tracking oily dirt) along with the high radiation situation on rooftop swimming pool area from large array of cellular transmission mast antennae. The high radiation warning signs are hidden from visitors' and tenants view. There was actually a high radiation warning sign posted on the inside of the emergency stairwell door on rooftop, which was removed by management at some point. Can't hang out by rooftop pool for more then a few minutes without experiencing headaches, nausea and overall ill feelings. Stay away from this condo. Overpriced and understaffed. J.L.

    sólido edificio de reconversión administrado muy bien. se vive cómodamente y la ubicación es bárbara. cerca de la playa y del publix supermercado buenos restaurantes cómo prima pasta y georgio. Me encanta la piscina en el último piso. todo muy limpio. servico de vigilancia impecable. lo súper recomiendo para alquilar o comprar.
