530 East Central - An Oldie But a Goodie!
This building is over 20 years old, and consequently has an very high monthly homeowner's association fee. However, the low prices of the units offset that, and the location of the building across the street from Lake Eola is tops in Downtown. You can park your car when you come home from work, and walk to dinner, the grocery store and even shopping. The high rise offers some of the best views in town, has all of the amenities of the newest buildings including: pool, fitness center, resident's center and 24 hour security. One drawback is that most of the condos only come with 1 parking space. This was common at the time the building was built, but most 2 bedroom owners now ask me for 2 parking spaces. If you are looking for a good value in the best downtown location, look no further!
