    Mediocre Complex

    <br/>The condo's within the complex are in decent shape. I've had farely good experience with the neighbors. There are a few young renters that we've had to call the police because of excess noise (partying on the weekend).<br/><br/>The location is decent in that it is close to the 15 freeway. Shopping is located within 2 miles north on Center City.<br/><br/>The pool and jacuzzi is adequate although nothing out of the ordinary compared to several other complex's within the area. Unfortunately, the condos here don't have a washer and dryer so use of a run-down laundry facility is necessary.<br/><br/>One of the only major problems with this complex is vehicle theft and vandalism. The guest parking is non existent within the complex. The open parking spots for residents (no gate) give rise to easy access to theives. I've had my car broken into 2 times in the last year. A neighbor had his honda stolen out of his assigned car port (never to be found again).<br/><br/>I also had some friends over a few weeks ago for a get together and their vehicle had there stereo taken while having their car parked on cranston dr. Be very wiery of leaving your vehicle unattended for too long.<br/><br/>I give the complex an overall 2 star rating, nothing special.<br/><br/>I will most likely be moving after my lease into a complex that is gated as vehicle theft is rampant throughout most of escondido.<br/><br/>
