Don't bother living in AH! Too many slum lords and the city will not do anything about it! Don't take the risk! This place looks great....however, it is in AH.

Worst Building I've Ever Lived In
Wow - whomever purchases this as a condo is going to be ripped off. The current owner and his mgmt team have no experience in rental properties and are now trying to sell as condos. These have been on the market before and there is a reason they haven't sold. Be sure to have your own home inspector check this place out as they are constructed very poorly. Do not use the realtor's inspector - find your own as she is biased and just trying to sell. The builder's other building on Arcadia has huge foundation issues and cracks in the facade of the building. The floors and walls in this building on Burr are of inferior quality. Huge air conditioning issues as well. Not the best part of town either. One tenant actually had his car broken into and mgmt could have cared less.
