    Balmoral is a great building to live on in the Bal Harbor area. It is located on Collins which is a very big street to be on if you are near the beach or Bal Harbor. The building has full amenities which include a state of the art spa, a beautiful summing pool and tennis courts. Balmoral is right by the beach and you can be on the water in a matter of minute. It is definitely one of the better options of condo living in Bal Harbor.
