    Well managed bldg; excellent location

    Bel Aire is an intimate community that offers the amenities of a high rise but is not as big as Akoya in terms of the number of units/residents. The management is on-site, fulltime and attentive to residents' needs. The location is ideal as it is not as busy as South Beach but central to get to all areas in Miami Beach/Miami. The views from the East side will not change because of the public park next to the bldg.
