This Complex has really turned around since New Management has taken over.They now have a Realty Service Office on site that will manage your condo or condo's. They have cleaned up the place and gotten rid of the drug dealers and deadbeats.<br/>If you own maintainance fee's are $270 or $275 with a balcony.This fee include's get this your electric,water and trash.with low taxes and low insurance because your not insuring a 200K house but only 25k for a nice condo.I recomend C Bldg.Living room is 11 1/2 x 17',Nice kitchen with pass thru to Living Rm. with counter to seat 2 bar stools.Other side of kitchen is nice bathroom with 2 doors,one in hallway and then one in Bdrm.this makes your bdrm.private with a nice balcony.nice size bdrm.<br/>Had a queen and a full in there with 4' in the middle.2 closets and plenty of room and a slider to the balcony.I built a 2 stool bar on one side and had a futon on the other side.Made a table out of a mirrored half of a closet door(the type that open in the middle on a track)Replacement type they sell in Home Depot.replaced louvered doors with the full mirrored doors on the closets.Also the living Rm. had a nice size closet.Not a bad investment bought 2 more.55K for 3 now paid off.Make a grand a month profit now.The free electricity,water and trash is great.And the location right off of OBT, 1mile south of the Florida Mall,Close to everything.jump on the bus at the corner.Check it out.my daughter bought one,they both work and love the location.
