    The Most Prestigious Boutique Building in Brickell!

    The Bond is one of my favorite buildings in Brickell. Its is very exclusive in the sense that being a smaller boutique building, as opposed to the huge surrounding sky scrappers, you have less neighbors and a more personalized experience with the building management. The Bond features top notch finishes throughout all the units and beautiful open floor plans. The amenities are truly tastefully executed. Included are an infinity pool and jacuzzi, men's and women's spa /changing areas, party room, game room, children's play room and my personal favorite are the signature red tents by the pool with separate grilling stations which you can reserve to enjoy as a resident. The Bond is very well priced as it is less than many comparable buildings within the same 5 star category, therefore it has an great price/value. There are also less units for sale which indicates its desirability and limited supply. The Bond is strategically located with two entrances broth from Brickell Ave and Brickell Plaza! It is walking distance to the best shops and restaurants that Miami has to offer. You can easily walk to Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village and so much more! Great private schools nearby ( walking distance such as Key Pointe Academy ) is also a huge plus.
