    Not worth the Association Fees

    The location is good, however the price they charge for the Association fees are extremly too high for what they have to offer. The buildings are old and have roofing problems. There is no restroom access for tenants who use the pool. They have restrooms but have been locked for a decade. Again the location is fine but bad investmant for one looking to buy into.

    Nice, clean and friendly place !

    I live in Casa Granada for 24 years - I love it. I feel very safe, Management and Board do a great job to keep the place nice and clean. Pool, Restrooms and Laundry are locked and every unit has a key to access this places. This keeps crimes and vandalism off the property. Everything is in walking distance: Shopping Centers, Grocery stores, Post Office, Schools - you name it! Casa Granada has 11 2-story buildings with a total of 88 units. We have a heated pool, a nice Gazebo with B-B-Q Grills which can be used by everyone. There is also a Clubhouse which can be rented for parties. If you like a Famili friendly place to live, come and visit us!

    casa Granada

    Casa Granada is an incredible complex of mostly unit owners and business professionals. You can walk to the Falls Shopping mall and resturants. It is only a 15 minute bike ride to the ocean. This complex is located in the premium community Village Of Palmetto Bay. All schools are very close by and all are A rated schools. There is an incredible management team in place that keeps a close eye on the entire complex. There is never anything out of place or dirty there, the grounds, pool area, pool bathrooms and laundry room and always kept extremely clean. I highly recommend this complex.

    I have lived here at Casa Granada for 18 years. It is always very well kept and very close to the best doctors and hospitals.<br/> I also have easy access to transportation. I think Casa Granada is the finesh community in miami and so are the people that live here.

    I give Casa Granada a very good review

    The location is good and the price they charge for the Association fees is very fair for what they have to offer. The buildings are very well kept and they have no roofing problems like most condo complexs. There is easy restroom access for tenants who use the pool. They have restrooms for both the men and women 10 feet from the pool. I love the location I believe it is a great investmant for one looking to buy.

    This place is great.

    I am a single retired banker that moved here from Main. This place is great. I walk to my favorite resturant and I can ride my bike to the ocean. I love everyone hanging around the pool area in the evening, it is like a family gathering at the end of the day. Everyone is so nice. I feel I made a very good choice to move and buy here at Casa Granada.

    Not True

    There is little truth to the posts here. They are written by the management and Board of Directors. The Bathrooms are NOT available for the tenents use! Like I said the location is great! but take my word the Maintanence fees are extremely high! And there are roofing problems! I sold my Unit and it took me a few years because of the high maintanence Fees. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Believe me there are nicer places in the Falls area, Also to the guy who said the pool is open in the evenings Not True, the light in the pool has been broken for 20 yrs and the pool is closed at night. When you have 10 or more people in the pool and no restroom access, well you do the math it can create a very unhealthy pool environment!

    Awful

    I've lived here for a year and will be glad to be out. The laundry room is disgusting and poorly kept. The plumbing is bad, the location is miserable, the management is hands off until it comes to towing your car, twice! While moving in, they towed my car from my spot, when I was moving out, they towed my rental car full of my things. The sides of the complex are sharp and dangerous and have cut me and my dad on several occasions. I could go on and on but I feel this will suffice.

    NOT GOOD ANYMORE

    Many years ago it was probably a good place to live in but the apartments are very old, they are in the open, they need a lot of repairs in order to be updated, maintenance for a 2 bedroom is $400.00, apartments have no insulation at all. you can hear everything from your neighbors, even a simple talk, ZERO privacy!.
