Abusive management
The head manager (Jorge) is literally spying on the tenants. If you don't agree with him or worst - refused to follow his orders - the management supported by the associations head of the board herself, take the law in their own hands and ban you from using the pool or the playground. That's what happened to me because I dared to seat down on a pool chair - to dry out after 45 minutes of swimming. I have never seen anything like it! This building is run as a prison not a luxurious community.
