    Great Community

    I moved here three years ago and couldn't be happier. The HOA restricts convicted felons and sex offenders, which is awesome, as I have two children. The HOA is clean and I feel safe here with my kids. I think the Mesa Police even gave the community an award a couple of years ago. I would recommend this HOA ot friends or relatives because the HOA isn't run by a pack of heartless fools like my last HOA was.

    Not the best, not the worst

    Most amenities are outdated. Two star given for how many pools there are but right now it doesn't even matter when the pools are only open during the hours and days that most people work. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors shower, flush, and even rinse their hands. The drain system is always clogged, we are always receiving emails to not use flushable wipes etc. The water is cut off almost once every month. There are pigeons and cats everywhere and people are feeding them both. There are three gates but after a certain time two of them are closed because they can only be secured with a lock and key. The main gate is automated with a passcode. Sucks for the end units near the last gate. Someone please remind me what the HOA payments are being used for?

    Dan Johnson was a renter who got his car towed for being illegally parked.

    What a deal ! Never in my life did I think I could find affordable housing to own in such a nice place. The neighbors are nice and the place is beautiful and clean. I love sitting on my patio having my evening coffee and listing to quiet. Did I ever luck out on this deal ! Everyone here is so nice and the place is like Ft. Knox gated and a Security Committee that patrols day and night. After years of renting dumpy apartments where there were a borage of c r a ck heads its so nice to live in a place that's safe and quiet. Just wanted to say thanks to Andrew the HOA manager for showing me around and answering the hundreds of questions about the place. I find it hard to fathom a couple knuckle heads could write bad things about this place. Dave from the Rules and Security Committee said they are renters that were kicked out for noise and not following the rules. I cant understand why anyone would ever do anything to get kicked out of here, better there gone I guess. I plan to live here forever and a day !     Great Place to Live and Play

    I have rented apartments in many different places and none of them have been as great as Circle Tree. In the last few years this place has done a lot of work. Why would someone who hasn't lived here or even been here in years bother to write a negative review? They must have a serious issue or no life to continue to write bad things about a place they haven't been to forever. I can personally testify that this place is wonderful. My next door neighbors are snowbirds and they just came back a few weeks ago. They even said how much has changed in just the last year alone. By the way this is my only review and it is just to clarify that the person who writes negative comments has no clue what they are talking about. Circle Tree is a huge place and I am sure there are a lot of other people who are going to say the same thing as me as soon as they find out about this

    Love my condo at Circle Tree

    My girlfriend and I moved into Circle Tree several years ago and are so happy here. The HOA has been so helpful I am surprised that they don't offer valet service for my vehicles. The place is clean well kept and just so very quiet. I love the fact they do not allow big dogs and limit pets to just 1 under 20 pounds. My mom has commented that I live in one of the better condo complexes in all of the valley.

    Clean and Quiet

    Circle Tree is a great place to call home. This is a well established community that has many amenities such as swimming pools, Spa's, tennis and basketball courts and a large clubhouse that's available to rent for a very small fee. Unlike most HOA"S Circle Tree has an onsite CAI Certified Manager who is very knowledgeable.     Safe and Clean

    Sweet Condos ! I just moved here from LA and bought my first home at Circle Tree. I see why the realtor billed the property as "Resort Style Living" The place is a little older then some other places I looked at but they were a lot less $$$$. Lots of pools great tennis court, handball court, basketball courts, and club house. I dig the cabanas in the court yards with the BBQ Grills. What I am very happy with is the nice grounds and the quiet. The onsite manager Andrew was so cool, he took me on a tour of the grounds and showed me where everything was including my own covered parking was. Thanks Andrew for all of your help keep up the good work !

    Crime Free HOA

    Well I was one of the original owners here at Circle Tree when they were first built. This is a clean crime free community that is well looked after. My brother liked it so much here he bought a place here in 2007 and he loves it to. We have an awesome HOA that maintains the property as well as an onsite manager who is very good at his job. In all the time I have lived here it has been very quiet and very well kept ,sure its 20 years old but it still looks great. We have a Rules & Security Committee that makes sure property owners maintain their units and they also patrol the lots and take care of any security issues. There is a lot of community involvement here as well we have a great mix of people from all backgrounds young and old. I can't think of any other place I would like to live other than here.

    First Home

    This is my first home, I just bought my 2 bed/ 2 bath 4 months ago and I love it. I got a good deal and it is close to my school and work. The only problem I have is with those annoying little dogs who like to yap a lot. I told the maintenance guy, Chuck and he said he would inform the manager and within a week I didn't hear a sound from the litte demon. People should get cats, they are normally quite.

The community is very friendly and it is in a crime free zone. The HOA and the Management takes exceptional care of the property, there is always some one mowing the grass or cleaning up around the place. Any time I have ever had a problem like a very small leak coming from the roof the staff took care of it right away. The maintenance guys are awesome when I had the little leak they went up on the roof when it was still raining,now that's service.

    Just wanted to let you know what a great place Circle Tree Condos really is. After living in Texas all my life my wife and I decided to move to Arizona to be closer to my daughter and grand kids. I searched for a place to buy and came across Circle Tree. It was like finding the oasis in the middle of the desert, palm trees swimming pools lush green lawns and BBQ areas (Texans love BBQ) My wife instantly fell in love with the place so we had to buy it. Parking is awesome its covered and plenty of spaces for visitors. What a great location close to everything including the mall (can't tell you how happy the wife was about that) You can be any place in the valley in 20 min or less. What a bargain as well I was lucky to find one of the only foreclosed properties. I had never heard of an HOA fee before as we lived in a house, boy when I found out it covered all the maintenance trash and water I couldn't believe it. My water bill alone in Texas is what I pay in HOA dues. Talk about saving some money ! This place costs me 1/2 of what I was paying for my house before and I don't have to worry about cleaning pools, mowing the grass or painting the outside. Neighbors are so nice and friendly. I definitely made the right choice in moving to Circle Tree.

    Circle Tree The Best!

    I like my new condo at Circle Tree there is a great view at the pool as well. My mom purchased here 3 years ago when my brother went to college, she said that it was cheaper than rent on a dorm room. So now it's my turn! The place is clean and I can study in peace and quiet. I love that if I want to I can walk to MCC , I liked the sign on the mailboxes today asking everyone to submit a review on Condo.com I see I am not the only one who likes the place.

The HOA has taken great care of the place and I love the rule that requires criminal background checks on people who rent their units.     Very Good HOA

    Circle Tree is a great place to live awesome and cool management team ! Andrew our community Manager is a great guy always helpful ! This is like living at some kind of resort always clean and very nice people. I locked myself out of my unit one night and a guy named Eddie helped me get in at 3:00 in the morning. I asked him what he was doing up so late he said he was patrolling as he is part of the Rules, Grievance and Security Committee and he always checks the lots at night. I liked the fact he checked my ID to make sure I lived in my unit before he helped me get in. Thanks guys you all just ROCK

    Great Place to Live and Play

    I have rented apartments in many different places and none of them have been as great as Circle Tree. In the last few years this place has done a lot of work. Why would someone who hasn't lived here or even been here in years bother to write a negative review? They must have a serious issue or no life to continue to write bad things about a place they haven't been to forever. I can personally testify that this place is wonderful. My next door neighbors are snowbirds and they just came back a few weeks ago. They even said how much has changed in just the last year alone. By the way this is my only review and it is just to clarify that the person who writes negative comments has no clue what they are talking about. Circle Tree is a huge place and I am sure there are a lot of other people who are going to say the same thing as me as soon as they find out about this

    Fake reviews

    When looking at housing you usually see a wide variety of comments about a place. Circle Tree however has 5 out of 5 stars in everything for as long as you scroll down. Ask yourself, how is it that a place has such great reviews? Doesn't every place have its fair share of complainers? Well Circle Tree does, but you will not see them posted here. Why? Because the mafia style management team that runs the place creates fake accounts and writes positive reviews on this and many other websites forcing the poor reviews to the bottom. Visit the RipOffRepot.com to see the real truth. <br/> I personally have spoken to the police about the managers here and the officer knew them by name! He said they were destroying this place and running the good tenants out. Crime is a big problem. This place being crime free community, is a joke since the cops are here every night. How they kept the Crime Free name after a pregnant woman was murdered I will never know! More than one Sex Offender has slipped through the cracks, because no one is ever in the office to check up on paperwork. No one cleans the grounds, since they fired Chuck, and beer bottles, used condoms, and broken glass is everywhere. Very few homeowners live here, most rent it out, and since the economy tanked half the units are empty. The HOA is losing $$ like crazy, but the managers still gave themselves a $4,000 Christmas bonus last year. This place is in very poor repair, the pools are no longer heated, sink holes are everywhere and the plumbing in this place is a nightmare. Do not even get me started on the parking situation....it's more like a Towing situation, with the management company pocketing a 50 percent of the tow fees. The tow company patrols the parking lot at night looking in peoples cars with flashlights, looking for violations. Even though the policy is the tow company only comes out when an owner or manager calls. My husband has run them out of here several times.<br/> If you want to know what this place is really like come check the place out on a Friday night, or speak to people who live here. Do not attempt to talk to the management because as of today the HOA finally shut down the office and decided to investigate the two managers for fraud...which is hilarious really considering Andrew Shannihan was hired on from the previous management company that was charged and convicted with fraud....I wonder who did not see that coming? LMAO!

    LOVE THIS PLACE

    This community is very nice. It is quiet and clean. I live on the first floor and have a nice green grass, trees and pools to look at. I think my air conditioning costs less because of the unit is a little below ground and the units on top and the sides help insulate my unit. I've never seen any problems here. The management is good about enforcing the rules. Every year the HOA does lots of improvements - new pool furniture, painting the curbs or fixing the basketball fences. The pools are clean and I like the gated community.

    Somethings not quite right

    Who is writing reviews on this place? Certainly not anyone who lives here! Miss Julie is correct that some new patio furniture was added but a few pretty pieces by the office does not make up for all the damaged ones that are still available for use at the pools when really they should have been thrown away months ago. One pool was repaired this summer but the office pool has chunks missing from the bottom and the underwater lighting comes loose and floats in the pool with all the wiring hanging out. That turns swimming into a REAL adventure! As far as the basketball fences, well fences don't matter if the hoops no longer have nets. A gated community is nice, but what do you do when the management puts bicycle locks on all the gates except for the three exterior doors (that all have smashed locks)? Well you take a real long walk around the community watching out for sinkholes as you go so you don't fall and break an ankle. First floor apartments are might be nice for energy savings, but when the plumbing goes bad, and it does so weekly, being on the first floor is the last place you want to be. More than one resident here has had raw sewage pouring into their home from poor plumbing! <br/> Circle Tree was a nice place for many years and it was only when the HOA hired a husband/wife management team did things rapidly go downhill. Before that this place was a beautiful community. Now that the shoddy management team has been removed, I have hopes that this place can be restored to its former glory. Until then do not use reviews sites for information about Circle Tree, ask some residents instead. They will tell you the real truth. With the Exception of Miss Truth, no one on this site has been honest about the place. Look at "Mr. Truths" response to a real review...pettiness! If you look at other review sites you will see how the HOA deals with people who are honest....attack! attack! attack! *Please note that during the attack Mr. Truth did not refute anything that was said about the place. Why? Because it is all true. Come and take a look for yourself.

    Good Deal for your money

    I have lived at Circle Tree for over 10 years and have to say the place has never looked better. To say anything differently is a lie. The units have been painted, parking lots sealed, curbs painted, roofs repaired, walkways repaired. Without a special assessment which hardly anyone can afford, the HOA can only do so much with their money. The truth is if you are interested in renting or buying, come check out the place. It is centrally located, well maintained, and for the money the units are currently selling for you can't get a better buy. These are not apartments. However, sometimes information about units available are posted on the bulletin board in front of the building. Hope to see you neighbor!

    We recently purchased a condominium in this complex. The property is clean and very quiet. This is our second home as we live in Canada and come here for the winter.     Amazing Complex!

    Circle Tree is an amazing complex! The condo complex is so clean and quiet the staff is very nice as well. I own 2 units here and live in one 4 months out of the year. It's close to everything like the mall,hospital and lots of restaurants. The complex is a little older but it's very well maintained.

    Nice Community

    I have raised my children here and have always found it to be a safe place to live. It's to bad the real estate market has taken such a dive. Units that sold here in 2006 for 110K or more are now selling for around 30K. I guess the banks just dump condos as they don't want to pay the HOA fees. I guess it's good for first time home-buyers as the deals here are unbelievable. When the market comes back I'm sure whoever buys here will get there money back 10 fold. <br/><br/>This is a nice community with a lot of amenities 4 pools, tennis, racquetball very nice clubhouse etc. Like most who have posted reviews on here, with the exception of possibly a few past renters, this is a nice place to live. I know they just redid all of the roofs on all the buildings (boy was that noisy) and have a lot of landscaping projects they are working on. There seems to be a lot of retired snowbirds here as in the summer the place go's from full to empty the minute it reaches 100 degrees. There are a few rental properties here but I believe they make the owners do tenant screening to keep out the riffraff. Hopefully the market will come back soon and values here will rise.

    Nice Condominiums

    Overall Circle Tree is a quiet and nice community. The recent changes in Management was a good move. The few things in the community that needed some work now seem to be getting done like the new roofs. The new Maintenance crew has done a great job landscaping the courtyards and putting in mountains of rock. The office staff really seem to care and are addressing the wants and needs of the community. The property is a little older(1983) but it has always been maintained pretty well.

    Nothing but old retired people

    Circle Tree seems to have turned into a retirement village. This use to be a great complex that was pretty hip at onetime, now it's turned into the old folks home. I guess if you like living with the elderly this would be a good place to live. My roommate and I moved to a more hip apartment in Scottsdale. We even had to pay a $50 fine at Circle Tree just because our music up to loud. So long old people were out a here.

    Nice but not very kid friendly

    I lived here for 2 years, although quiet there is no playground for the kids. The HOA requires that you supervise your kids who are under 13 at all times. Being a single mom my kids had to wait until I got home from wok to go out and play. If you have smaller children this may not be the place for you. We did enjoy the 4 swimming pools and the BBQ areas on the weekends. It was a lot more quiet at Circle Tree than my new apartment I'm living at now. If you don't have children this would probably be a great place to live.

    community sucks

    The Circle Tree community is terrible. No respect or consideration for anyone. Kids are screaming and running everywhere unattended. Why is there a 3 year old child running alone? The walls that separate each unit is very thin so you may hear whatever your neighbor is watching or doing. There are many piping issues here so whenever the city digs up the old pipes there may be a roach issue. There is a maintenance man who walks around with his bare butt hanging out!! Ironically they are focusing on the aesthetics of the complex but it doesn't help when the sinkholes are not being attended to and the surrounding block fences are crumbling and it is not surprising when you see someone jumping the fence or a homeless person rummaging through the dumpster. By the way if you ever get a broken leg or in a cast good luck going up the stairs, i figured that out the hard way a few years ago. With all of these reviews saying that it is a quiet area I would like to have their neighbors because mine are a bunch of old fart douches. You get what you pay for in this area and check the crime report when you have a chance. This part of Mesa is disgusting and if you like some culture you're only a two miles away from Little Mexico!!! Welcome to the community!!!

    Breanna DeNino is Crazy!

    I have no idea what Breanna DeNino is talking about. This is one of the nicest communities in all of Mesa, trust me I should know I purchased the first unit here new. The HOA just put new roofs on the buildings, repaved the parking lots and put in a new Pebble-Tech pool. I have $10 that say's Breanna DeNino is some disgruntled trashy former renter that the HOA probably kicked out of Circle Tree. How dare this common place trailer trash woman insult my community! Seriously? she complains about the Maintenance mans but? Hey Breanna stop on by and I will loan a looser like you $5 so you can go out and buy yourself a life you crack-head!

    Very nice condos

    I have owned here since 2000 and this is a clean and quiet community. Anyone that different is flat out not telling the truth. Children? What children? I don't think there are any children that even live here. I do agree that there are a lot more mature people here and it's not the "hippest" place to live if your younger. Yes Circle Tree has kind of turned into a retirement community but that's fine by me. Blame Canada their the ones that purchased all of the condos here, but they are really nice people. It irks me that probably some past renters who probably had children and received some fines from the HOA post this sort of junk. The sink holes......what the heck are people talking about, there are no sink holes. This place is in a great location and close to everything. I'm going to assume that some people have nothing better than to surf the net all day and vent. Move to an apartment complex if you want to party and have your children run a muck.

    Very Clean and Quiet

    Circle Tree is a nice Condominium Community. The HOA really makes sure the trash doesn't infiltrate the community. I like that they require Criminal Background Checks on all rental units. Outside of a few small little yapping dogs, the place is pretty quiet and really clean. It does seem like the tide has turned and there seems to be a lot of retired people buying in the community.
