Really really happy

As others have said you just get so much for your money at this complex that it everywhere else I looked was comparatively way too expensive or had way too few amenities. The prices here are fantastic, especially considering the pool (which I absolutely love), the gym, the concierge (24 hours!!) the grounds (doesn't feel like you're in the city), the reserved parking. Plus guest parking is pretty readily available on the street as long as you're careful about the parking regulations. But I was able to use some of the money I saved to make some killer upgrades to my place - new kitchen, bathroom updates, etc. And it's convenient to everywhere I go...nothing is more than a 10 minute drive. And I do ultimate at Piedmont Park on Saturdays and I can easily walk from here (although sometimes I'm late and I end up driving) but it's a 15 minute walk, and that's pretty great. Overall, can't argue with it, just a great place and so glad I found it before I spent $40k more on a building with fewer amenities!!

    Home sweet home
Every time my friends come over they are just shocked by my condo here because to be honest the place looks so unremarkable from the street. But once they get inside and see the huge dog walk and the huge pool and the lounges and bbq and the reserved parking and the they just flip. I bought a unit that was already renovated so didn't even have to do much work and I got lucky bc it was a foreclosure and I got a great great price. But even when I talk to neighbors the prices they paid were all so much cheaper than other people I know. I also love that the location is so close to work and midtown and little 5, connector access is 1/4 mile away.

Plus the concierge is really nice to have - very friendly and great for packages and when the cable guy has to come, etc. Overall I'm just really happy I ended up here because it's great. I actually read the reviews on this site before I bought and I was like "Hidden gem??" that sounds really sales-y but it's totally true. Especially for the price, it's just a great value and I highly recommend checking it out you will be surprised!

    Fun neighborhood - great location

I've lived at City Heights for 7 years. Lots of green space lined with park benches. Great for dogs! The pool is amazing: olympic-size, nice chairs, big community grill. Good mix of people. Close to everything; amazing highway access! The concierge, management, and board members make everyone feel safe and welcome. Terrific value.

    City Heights is the tops!!!

I've lived in City Heights for almost two years now. It's the first place that I've owned and it has been a pleasant experience. The management/concierge staff is wonderful. I LOVE the location. It's convenient to so may places. And to be Downtown, it's a very lively yet quiet community. The property remains clean. It's very much a neighborhood within a neighborhood. I would recommend it to everyone!

    Great Location & Great Price!!!

I've lived in City Heights for 5 months and I love it!!! I was really impressed with the price being that it's so close to downtown, it's definetley one of Atlanta's best kept secrets! The conceirge staff is awesome and they really make you feel at home. Being a young single woman living on my own, at first I was worried about living downtown for security reasons, but I can truly say that I feel safe and comfortable at City Heights. I love the location, it's close to everything (grocery stores, restaurants, shopping plaza off Moreland)...love it! I honestly don't have a negative comment to say about my home...love it, love it, love it!!! :)

    Incredible values in wonderful community

I was debating between this place and a bunch of higher-end communities in Midtown and Inman Park - Spire, IPV, Viewpoint. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I paid LITERALLY half of what I would've paid at one of those places and I got a ton more amenities. Sure, the building is a little older, but the grounds are awesome. My boyfriend has a dog and we love walking in the gated park area, which is gigantic. You don't even feel like you're in the city anymore! Pool is also great, gym is decent, and I love having a concierge there 24/7....in the last couple of weeks it's been so easy when I receive Christmas presents in the mail! They just call and say, "Sir, you have a package that was delivered by UPS, please pick it up at your convenience." On the whole very very nice people too (one or two wack-jobs but I think that's any community). In summary, if you're looking for VALUE in a condo and getting a ton for your money, I highly recommending checking out City Heights.

    Wonderful place to live

Very friendly neighbors and staff, incredible grounds (you can't even believe you're in the city when you're at the pool), covered secured parking, gym, club room....and the biggest thing for me was the value. I paid literally 50% less than I would have for a place 6 blocks away and I couldn't be more excited about it. Plus, the pool starting next month or so is probably my favorite thing. You never have to fight for lounge chairs, there's a huge grill/smoker out there for everybody to use, and there's even free wifi now, which I use for work all the time. Great great place, very professional, love it here.

Awesome value, great place to live

IMHO this is the best kept secret in the Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park area. When you drive by you don't think much of the place because it just looks like an old hotel or something from the street. But once you get on the grounds you realize it's like 3 acres or property, has a huge swimming pool with tons of sunbeds, and a great dog-walking area.

But the most important thing for me is the price of the units. These buildings have definitely been hit pretty hard during the foreclosure era, which is obviously a shame, but it's made this an incredibly affordable place to buy. When I tried to compare what I'd get here to other condos in the Midtown, 04W, Inman neighborhood there was no comparison. Sure the building is a little older but you still have units with hardwoods, granite, all the luxuries and million dollar views. Every single person who has ever been over to my place has commented on the incredible views of the city. Just unbeatable.

Plus, gated reserved parking is nice, the 24 hour concierge is nice, the gym and clubroom with free wifi is nice...they even have wifi at the pool. Great secret, glad I found out about it....if you're considering buying a condo in this area I highly recommend checking out City Heights.

    Fantastic place to live

Just overall a great place to live - the building is a little older but many units have been upgraded, plus the location can't be beat and the amenities are really remarkable. I have a little dog and the dog walk area is incredible....it's gigantic (probably 2 acres) and monitored and lit 24 hours a day so I feel totally safe. They also may be adding a separate dog park - it's really a dog owner's paradise not to have to go out on the street every walkie time. I also adore the pool, and the management just completely re-did that and got new chairs, new tables, etc. I spend all summer out there. But the best feature is definitely the pricing. Guess it's partly because of short sales and foreclosures but the units here are incredibly reasonably priced - I paid literally half of what my cousin paid in Midtown and her place is smaller than mine!! If you haven't checked it out, don't miss it.

    So much for the money

There were a lot of foreclosures in here and it artificially dragged prices down a huge amount which was great for me because I was able to get my place for a steal. Even now, the prices per square foot are still so much lower than comps in the neighborhood that this place is a huge bargain. And you have so many amenities that most places just don't have - great pool area, small gym, dog walk area, convenient to shopping, The airport is a short drive and access to public transportation is right outside the front door. Plus a 24 hour concierge is a huge convenience and makes me feel extremely secure. Great value.

    Wonderful place to live

I'm amazed more people don't know about City Heights - the location is awesome. You're 10 minutes from everything and wedged between midtown, grant park, mlk and inman. The amenities are also great - 24 hour concierge, long dog-walking path (with lights at night!), huge pool, nice gym. And the prices are incredibly affordable, even for someone not making a ton of money (my mortagage payment is $500 a month LESS than my last rental place's rent was). Oh, and the views - I really think they're the best in the city. And on top of all that you've got some really nice people who live here - friendly, social (there's a little dog party in the evening where all the dogs play and the owners chat). If you've never been to City Heights check it out - you'll be glad you did.

    Incredible Downtown Living

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! My view overlooking Atlanta is incredible. My friends are so jealous. I bought a 2-bedroom for less than the cost of most Downtown 1-bedrooms. Besides the view, I love being only minutes from everything. I'm glad I moved here.
