The management team here is great and attentive. The building is beautiful. The location is perfect. But the PEOPLE. Horrific. You can’t play catch at the beach without someone bitching at you complaining. You can’t chat with each other on your balcony without someone calling the front desk to complain. You can’t use more than two chairs at the beach without them coming to tell you you have to vacate the chairs(even though there are plenty around sitting empty). We’ve lived here only 6 months and gotten into countless altercations because the residents here are bitter and mean. I am writing this because I wish we had known about how awful the neighbors were here before we moved in.
