Disclaimer
This is a "dated" property in need of some face lift
Because of its age, the units share more than noise. The venting system allows other residents' cooking and smoking odors to freely permeate the units. We had a very nice view, top floor, corner unit facing the Intracoastal Waterway, but between the continuous offensive odors (really overpowering if you opened a window for ventilation), and the dated interiors and exteriors - you knew you lived in the 70s. The Maintenance Man, Olecha, was a very nice gentleman who made every effort to make sure the common areas were clean and he always greeted us with a smile...a welcome warmth.

Concordia is located on Palm Beach island. Has 2 buildings East and West. Amazing ocean Views. Just imagine stepping out of your condo and taking a walk on the beach. Update deck with direct access t the ocean. Has its own little beach . Has an Oceanfront pool. Saunas available too. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.
