First of all that manager Ruben was fired like 5 years ago they have an amazing manager now complex is totally different repainted with a new roof. Also they be fixed the air-conditioned indoor racquetball court only one in West Kendall upgrade the pool with blue pool chairs Etc I've been living here since day one as a condo for the last 17 years the place has never been better I am truly loving it now absolutely a five star resort now.
