Execellent place to live!
I have been living here for a year and I am very happy about my purchase. The only down I have to mention is the carpet in the corridors, that need to be replaced by another type of flooring.<br/>Staff is great, building is clean. Nice pool area.

Paradise in the Center of It All!
I have lived in a condo here for over three years. The property is really two separate associations of the "Townhomes" and the "Condominiums". I think the location and ease of access to all areas of Atlanta could not be better. There is easy access to interstates and GA 400 as well as ITP locations of Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown. It is the southern area of Buckhead, therefore there is not the congestion and traffic usually associated there.<br/><br/>The two buildings, which surround the pool, are well built and maintained. I like the ammenities of a large private pool, clubroom with bar and piano, billiard room with four tables, theater, and very well equiped gym. The assigned undergound parking is always nice! Your car is out of the hot sun and rain as well as secure. You always fell save even coming and going in the wee hours of the morning. There for four elevators in the two midrise and high rise buildings as well an elevator for wheelchair access to the pool deck.<br/><br/>Wide climate controlled interior hallways are safe and well lit. The concierge and courtesy officers work around the clock, seven days a week to monitor cameras and provide visitor access.
