    This building is in a great location. It's a few steps away from shops and restaurants. Really close to the beach as well. It has onsite amenities that include a great pool, tennis courts, gym, etc. It's a pet-friendly building. In terms of value, this building is priced below other nearby buildings. There are a few units for sale at the moment. A great place to live!
