Eastpointe I – a little bit of Paradise on the Atlantic Ocean Construction of Eastpointe I was begun in 1974 by Eastpointe Development Company and financed by General Electric Corporation with plans to build three buildings on this site. GE named it Eastpointe because it is the easternmost point in Palm Beach County and the nearest to the Gulf Stream. This building consists of 147 units and just recently underwent 6 million dollars in renovations. Eastpointe 2 - was constructed in 1981. The Eastpointe II Condos reimagined the success of Eastpointe I. Eastpointe 2 was designed two stories larger in scale with the tower reaching a height of 25 stories. The living square feet are much larger with all models being 3 full bedrooms and a total of only 69 units altogether. The Eastpointe community is guard gated with garages and deeded parking for each residence. Each building offers a resort style pool, private beach access and 3 private tennis courts. Other amenities include an exercise room, saunas, billiard table and community room and front desk concierge.
