Excellente Village is a community in Boynton Beach, Florida. Constructed in 1990 and features 168 condominiums in two- or three-story buildings. Ranging from 1,131 to 1,724 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an assigned parking space. Residents of the community belong to the larger Platina community, which features resort-style amenities like a fitness center, a cafe, and an outdoor pool. A clubhouse which also features billiards rooms, a ceramics studio, and a performance center. Outside, residents enjoy a pool and patio, courts for bocce, shuffleboard, pickleball, and tennis, and a barbecue area. Homeowners at Excellente Village enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to the Excellente Village Condominium Association, which takes care of common area maintenance, trash removal, and pest control.
