    Flagler Pointe - Horrible Management! Do NOT move in here!

    If you are looking for a condo rental or purchase, do yourself a favor and DON'T BUY or RENT AT FLAGLER POINTE. This building is run by complete incompetent jerks. Management could care less about residents concerns of safety. There is such high turnover with staff - they are under trained (very unprofessional) and under staffed at all times. Management will say one thing (just to get you to leave) and then never come through with it! Do you want to live in a place run by lairs???<br/>The "business center" has not been working in 6 months. All 3 of the computers and printers do not work and management has do NOTHING to fix them. Yet they still advertise that Flagler Pointe has a business center! <br/>The pool is not heated. The jets in the spa do not function and the spa is never hot.<br/> <br/> <br/>

    This is a very safe and well maintained building

    The building is extremely safe and has many amenities. There is a new Board of Directors, and many good changes are beginning to happen after several years of poor management. The concierge and available staff are courteous and are willing to help at all times. If you are searching for a bargain in rental and to buy, this is the place. With the new management in place there are many good reasons to live here. It's on the intracoastal; it's clean; it's spacious; it's security is excellent. It is near restaurants and City Place and not far from the beach. I have been living here for 10 years as a renter and then an owner. I am satisfied and glad I haven't moved. The value will rise soon.

    Not a Safe Building to Live In - Shady Neighborhood - Look Elsewhere

    I agree with Dan, the management at Flagler Pointe is really horrible. They just don't care. I've written a formal letter of complaint against a 'security' guard and after speaking with the President of the condo association (J.H.), he did NOTHING! How Rude! Some security guards are great there, but the night guys (one in particular) are mostly slackers and a**h@les that avoid doing their job at all costs. I lived in the building for 2 years and moved out not long ago. I feel much safer and more comfortable in my new building in downtown WPB.

    great building

    We have lived at Flagler Pointe, since 2003, and love everything about it,location amenities and of course the people. Yes we did have an incompetent board in place last year, but they are gone!!! Our new board could not be any more efficient, caring and hard working people, and are listening to everything!!! I would definitely recommend living here!! We know that Flagler will be a great community once again and we are thrilled!!!

    Mixed feelings

    For the most part I really enjoy living in Flagler Pointe. The location is great, price is reasonable, and staff (security/concierge) couldn't be friendlier. With that being said the management company (Castle Management) is absolutely terrible. Dealing with them is very similar to dealing with the DMV. The ladies who work in the office couldn't be any more unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate the residents. They do as they wish and answer to no one. They use absolutely no common sense when making decisions and seem to be on a power trip. I will more than likely not be renewing my lease once it ends with the sole reason being the management.

    Terrible Management

    I agree with many of the reviews posted on this site. The amenities are nice, though they all seldom work properly at the same time. However, the Management team (the board), continues to make the community less appealing. There's excessive signage, ridiculous speed bumps in the parking structure, silly rules around pool and lobby use, etc. I think the community is nice, but the increasing influence the board is making on the overall conditions of Flagler Pointe are forcing me to request an early end to my lease. The place WAS a very nice place to live, but the recent management teams seem to hate the actual tenants. Sad but true. My overall recommendation: Live somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

    Only if you want to live with headaches....

    Where to begin, from the outside it is very nice looking, close enough to City Place and Clematis, you can walk to the Green Market and are across from the water. I had high hopes but now I feel like I am more in a prison colony. Like having friends and guests over? They won�t return after the first time they visit you�ever. Literally these are the directions you tell them if they stay more than an hour. You also share the water bill WITH EVERYONE!!!! A 1 bedroom shares the cost with everyone, so if you are away for a long period of time, your bill will NOT go down. Internet included??? Yes it is�BUT!!!!!!!! It is also shared, loading the news in the evening can either timeout, or take forever, so you will just end up paying Comcast in the end for separate internet.<br/><br/>- Go to the guest entrance, tell them you are visiting<br/>- Go inside the main lobby and get a guest pass from the concierge, as well as sign in name, date time and reason you are visiting.<br/>- Get back in the car and drive to the TOP of the garage<br/>- On your way there will be two more security gate s IN THE GARAGE�security needs to open them remotely, pray someone is there at the desk.<br/>- There will be over 16 speed bumps on this journey<br/>- Park on the far end from the stairs<br/>- Walk all the way to the stairs from your car<br/>- Walk down 4 flights of stairs and BACK into where the concierge sits.<br/>- Take an elevator UP to the floor you need (if a resident is on the 8th or 9th floor, they need a code.)<br/><br/>Literally leaving my place takes 10 minutes, have groceries??? You borrow a cart by leaving your ID, you bring them up to your place and bring cart down.<br/><br/>Moving in or out????? You must schedule in advance and leave a damage deposit AND!!!!! Buy tons of paper you must lay down, your movers are required to show proof of insurance.<br/><br/>Security is out of control. There is one there who just needs to be fired as he more harasses residents then helps, you will know him by his insane stutter. He feels he is more police than security.<br/><br/>They have recently added even more security cameras and you have zero sense of privacy. Oh, the trash shoots into a room in the lobby, guess how that smells when it builds up when you walk through.<br/><br/>As more of this info is spread about this place it will be devalued, the water view which is painfully small anyway is not worth the headaches, you feel safe for a while then all the security gets old FAST!!!!<br/>
