location the best
The best and only thing about this building is the location. It's a fairly quiet area, on a bus route and close to everything. The management of this location sucks especially for the amount in dues that you pay. One unit was infested with cockroaches and nobody else in the building had their units sprayed and mangagement did nothing about any of it. The unit that had them was having their place treated and finally moved. They had been getting it treated for 6m or more.<br/>Management doesn't respond to requests for needing repairs. The first floor units will flood every time it rains since the board hasn't been on management to keep the gutters cleaned out on timely basis.

Welcome to The Franklin West Condominiums. Here the board continues to improve and take excellent care of this unique building and property. There is a negative review posted that is quite old! We have no current issues. We have just improved the building with a new roof and new gutter system. We’re on top of it’s needs. We are an HOA for the sake of the property. We do not exist to speculate I not tge owner’s personal issues. The management company exists to partner with our ideas regarding the execution of the needs for the building and property and for fiscal responsibility. Thank you
