    Since My last review in 2010, I have to say things have gotten better, the Parking lot was since repaved, the buildings were repainted, and has been better maintained. I am grateful for good neighbors, and in my 20 years at Gateland there have been ups and downs, but all in all I have had the pleasure of meeting some really good people that I am pleased to call my neighbors. Gateland has always been a peaceful place, which is one of the things I treasured most.

    this place is a nightmare to live next to

    very poor management,lack thier of.large dogs all ways barking.kids screaming late at night.pot smokeing and drug deals allways going on.junk all over behind the buildings.i live in nova homes and this place is are nightmare.were are the parents of these kids,do you want to hear me screaming in your window at 10 oclock at night.when you have babys that are trying to sleep and people getting to bed for work the next day.tame your kids.you have no back yard,if you wanted one then why would you move into this place.do your pot smokeing in your own home.i dont want to see it or smell it.do your drug deals some were other then here.i can see you.and i will record you and hand it over to the police.i cant beleave the manegment lets this crap go on.i hope one day they all get fired.
