WE MOVED INTO THIS BUILDING OVER THE SUMMER 2011....NOT EXPECTING MUCH....TO OUR SURPRISE IT'S THE BEST PLACE WE EVER LIVED.....99.9 PERCENT OF THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY....THERE ALWAYS IS A COUPLE OF PEOPLE WHEREVER YOU LIVE THAT ARE NOT......THEY HAVE MOVIE NITES FOR ALL RESIDENCE AND A POT LUCK DINNER EVERY FRIDAY NITE. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING ON...NEVER BORING.. IT'S A GREAT WAY TO MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS. AND FEELING SAFE AND SECURE IS A PLUS LIVING HERE.....WE JUST LOVE IT....BY THE WAY, WE ARE RENTING NOW, LOOKING INTO BUYING A UNIT, WHEN OUR LEASE IS UP.......BEST MOVE WE EVER MADE!!!!!

New Buyer to Condo
My husband and I recently bought a condo at Gemini. We are from Massachusetts and were looking for a condo that we could be snow birds. We have found that the Gemini Condo complex is very well run. I met someone at the pool and they told me they have been renting there for over 10 years and the building has markedly improved. The complex is meticulously maintained. the pool is clean and the furniture around it looks new. They are currently putting new equipment in the gyms there. They manage funds well, so they plan out improvements and they can do them without increasing the condo fee. There's a front desk , gate and keys for the building so it's safe and we feel confident when we lock up and leave the place. Most of the condos have some kind of water view, ours overlooks the intercoastal, so we can sit and watch the boats go by. There's a lot to do in the area, Juno beach is really close and you can public park for free. It's only about 20 minutes from the airport, and there is lots of restaurants and shops in the area.<br/>The condo has a split floor plan with 2 large bedrooms with attached baths so it's very convenient to have company. We were able to have a deeded covered parking space with our unit, which makes getting in the car comfortable in the hot sun. (not all units come with them) We are glad we made the decision to buy there and have met some people who have lived there a long time and still love it.<br/>Worth looking into if you are considering buying a condo!

Located in the heart of North Palm Beach .This building has been like a hidden secret, and the word is getting out ! With a beautiful intracoastal backyard , this property boasts a tropical new TIKI HUT and pool area . Removed from the pool and directly on the waterway is another BBQ area with tables and new BBQ grills . Sunsets and boat parades are an evening ritual at the Gemini Club . There is a day dock and a place to launch your water toys as well as storage areas provided for bikes and such water toys. This 12 story building is secure and safe with a smiling friendly face to always greet you at the front desk . Within the building there are only TEN , 3 bedroom units. They don't come up on the market often , but are very spacious and have a feeling of a penthouse suite. The building has completed a large 3 million dollar renovation and is a beautiful high rise feel with the utmost Florida Living lifestyle ! Other amenities include, gym , pool table, community room and library . It is close to hospitals , airports , shopping , schools and beaches . You can walk to dinner , and across the waterway is the North Palm Beach Country Club which is open to the public , and many of the units have these water and golfviews from the balconys. Gemini is 5 stars in my book, and I'm proud to be the building expert. ! Love where you live , live where you love .

Well managed and properly funded for the future. Overlooking the intracoastal water way and the country club, make this a little piece of heaven.
