    Worst condo to ive in

    This ia a nasty place to live in its disgusting theres no upkeep theres no grass but only weeds and theres mold the association fee is $250.00 we dont know where this money is going to.

    Wondering where these people get the facts

    It does cost money to pay bills. No one states that water is paid by the association, therefore take $30 to $50 dollars off maintenance fees. Now add management fees, as the fees have gone up, being a board member tries to run it like they did 20 years ago. Not naming anyone in particular but some board members are selective in enforcing things, letting alone having issues dealing with having management companies doing it their way and not according to regulatory agencies. Individual board members were cited at one time for misappropriating funds improperly as in commingling and denies that this did happen. It was during an emergency. Because of turnover of management companies the past several year, record keeping has been poor. Maybe one day soon the board will be able to regain confidence from owners again.

    This is for GOlf Side villiage condos.

    To whom it may concern,I just wanted to let the new home owners know,that they are going to be paying a HOS fee plus a special assesment fee of 300.00 for the people in this community that are not paying their HOS.I feel as a home owner that is not fare at all.That was made up by one person the management company.I wanted a lawyer to be present and they denied it for me.My other half is the president of the HOS and he is not the one who is granting it.I don't understand why we have to pay that special assesment,when people are 16 months behined.They need to go after them.I need channel 9 news.They need to put a lean on their property.Thank You.Paige

    A qui�n va convcern, s�lo quer�a dejar que los propietarios de viviendas espa�ol plenamente conscientes de que van a estar pagando una tarifa especial EOH Assesment de 300,00 para las personas que no est�n pagando por su HOS.I estoy luchando contra �l porque me siento que no es fare.Why castigar a los Propietarios de Vivienda que son hasta date.My novio es el presidente de la EOH, y no no aprobaba this.Times toba son tambi�n para nosotros porque tuvimos que tomar una reducci�n salarial del 10% con nuestros jobs.We quer�a un abogado para estar presente y la gesti�n de lo neg�. �Qu� est�n ocultando? Si se mira alrededor en el desarrollo se est� trashed.If que todos juntos podemos mejorarlo. Ahold estoy recibiendo de canal 9 para discutir este matter.People que no pagan, tienen que poner una apoyarse en property.What que est�n haciendo est� mal.
