    NOT A PLACE TO LIVE!!!

    The location is great, but theirs been lots of robberies in this community and enought of crime watch. Managemnet is one of the worst association you could deal with. Rude people, a lot of discrimination of age, violating personal lifestyle, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin this would violate the Fair Housing Act. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO RENT AND OWN!!!!<br/>

    16 YEAR RESIDENT HATES TO MOVE ON

    I have lived hiere for 16 years and now, sadly, have to move on. The convenient location, friendly tenants, and my needs have meshed together very well. There are always those who complain and bellyache instead of assisting in any condo situation. We all know that you cant please everyone all the time. As for me, this well be a sad departure.

    Horrible place!!!

    This location is great, but the management and owners are very rude when you do not own. They are an older housing unit and owners have been their since the building was probably built and they get into tenants in and outs. If you leave they are watching if you return they are watching, when you try to be nice and interact with them they are rude and first question is do you own or rent. Why should this be a question to ask?? They look at you if you have a dog even if they are a legit service dog telling you no dogs are welcome but a lot of tenants have small dogs which they hide. Association should do an inspection to every apartment to find out who is violating the rules, they will be surprised that the owners are the ones making this place a horrible place to reside at. Building is so old they do not fumigate and I spend my days trying to get rid of the roaches that literally come in from outside and through the walls. Amenities none the pool is so old and they been trying to repair it for years, has mold or black substance around the entire edge of the pool along with broken tiles. Washer and driers are always broken and to be able to wash you need to wake up early and try to grab a washer otherwise they will be taken all day and people leave the clothing in them and do not remove them in a timely matter and no considerations for others at all in this building. Suggestion look for another location you will be miserable here. Oh and the walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on outside the halls, from people talking to children screaming and so on. Do not leave your doors open you may get a big rat running in or have them cross in front of you while you are walking out.

    Granada Dadeland Condos

    There have been maybe 10 burglaries (usually of tires or smaller items) since I have lived here for decades. Both L-shaped buildings were recently painted, both inside and out. The clubhouse and pool area have been completely renovated, and all entrances have security doors. A security fence surrounds both buildings, and there are multiple guest-spot parking places. The area is now dwarfed by larger and taller surrounding rental buildings, but rentals are, of course, much more expensive there. Granada Dadeland is within walking distance of Dadeland Mall, Metrorail North and Downtown Dadeland (chocked full of stores and restaurants).

    Ideal Location

    I have lived here for years in different buildings (East and West) and find the location convenient with shopping and metro access. Residents are friendly and engaging and there have been limited minor security incidents. In fact the newer developments adjacent the this condominium have had more incidents. Good rental or owner investment property at attractive pricing. Although a older facility it is reasonably well maintained and some minor pool aesthetics are required. A diverse community.
