BUYER BEWARE! Harbor Towers is NOT tobacco smoke free.
Buyer beware! Although Harbor Towers advertises itself as tobacco smoke free, as a resident, aI can tell you that this is utterly false. Condo owners who owned before 2011 (of which there are many) are allowed to smoke in their units. There is significant second hand smoke seepage into adjacent units. Management and condo board have been largely unresponsive to this issue. If you're a non-smoker and are considering renting or buying, BEWARE!
