Lived here since 2001. . . .
Good, quiet and private community. Solid neighborhood, ranging from young families to hardworking families to retired couples. HOA Board is prudent and cost-efficient and works effectively with current management company. Management change several years ago has allowed property to evolve and improve immeasurably. Updated landscaping and more effective safety components have been added by community. Limited amenities due to property size and location, but still quite comfortable and affordable place to live. Move-outs of disgruntled homeowners with inappropriate expectations and volatile behavior have eliminated questionable elements from community.

Great for families, singles, and retirees.
This is a very nice neighborhood that has a gated community and well kept landscaping. Dogs have a free run area that is safe including a creek and many blackberries in the summertime. I have many kids in my family that visit often and play outside and I have never felt threatened at all. And, I'm very aware. Nice quiet, serene area that offers two car garages. The neighbors are always friendly, and the HOA has always kept up with the beautiful landscaping, roofs, and recently replaced pot holes in the road from the rain.<br/>It's a very nice place to live.

DRUGGIE NEIGHBORHOOD
Since August of 2011, drugs have been an ongoing problem in one of the units. Nothing has been done and the HOA and Property Mgmt does not care. This place is not safe for small kids. Get ready for a gun fight, because its gonna happen one of these days. Avoid this shit hole at all costs.
