Great location with kind community and lots of space in homes
Huntington is a apartment conversion from the 1970s. Depending on the homeowner, the interior updates will vary. The homeowners association has definitely done their best to keep up the grounds and buildings without going crazy on the association fees. The fees include the water and the gas so when you account for those utilities, they are some of the lowest in the area. They have a beautiful pool, community building and playground. Great schools and solid neighborhoods surround it. Like any Atlanta neighborhood, you can have as much or as little contact with your neighbors as you please but the ones I have met are friendly.
